1- Visual inspection of water heater
2- Water heater flushing for water heaters 4 years or newer
3- Visual inspection of the existing flue piping of water heater
4- Visual inspection of existing furnace piping
5- Check house water pressure. Recommended pressure is between 65 & 70lbs.
6- Test sump pump for proper operation
7- Check garbage disposal for proper operation
8- Visually inspect all sink traps for corrosion
9- Flood test all tub, sink & shower drains to ensure proper flow
10- When possible shut off or turn on outside hose faucets depending on the season to ensure proper operation
11- Visually inspect sink, tub & shower faucets to ensure proper operation
12- Visually inspect washing machine hoses to help prevent flooding
13- Where possible exercise all emergency shut off valves to ensure proper operation
